This is my first post in English .Normally, I have my blog in Thai. This cake I made for my best friend's father last month.
This is the cake I made...It is Apple cake with swiss meringue buttercream...just as her father likes.
I got this decorating style from the book " OKASHI sweet treats made with love". In this book, there are many delicious recipes.
I used no. 3 round tip to pipe the staight line from top to buttom and piped small dot at the buttom.
I love to make cake with many flowers. I always use pastel shade buttercream such as soft pink, light blue, yellow and white.
For the roses and daisies I used no. 102 petal tip.For the five-petal flowers, I used No. 102 and no. 104 or larger tips depends on how large I want it to be. I love to use petal tips more than drop flower tips to piped five petal flowers ^^.
It took me 2 hours to write this blog because my English is quite poor ^^".Anyway, I will try to do better next time. Thank you so much for stopping by. ^___^
